Ms. Lawhon provides confidential mediation and arbitration services in all Family Law and Divorce-related matters in the privacy of her own on-site mediation facilities.
Ms. Lawhon serves as a mediator for the Mediation Services of the Bar Association of San Francisco, which is administered in cooperation with San Francisco Superior Court's ADR program. Ms. Lawhon serves as an arbitrator for the San Francisco Bar Association and California State Bar Fee Dispute Programs.
Ms. Lawhon currently provides mediation services in Divorce and other Family Law matters. She has previously mediated, arbitrated, negotiated, litigated and/or provided counseling in the following areas.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
If the scheduled mediation or arbitration is cancelled or postponed with notice of less than 48 hours, the canceling party or parties will be charged for 4 hours in addition to any actual preparation time expended if another matter cannot be scheduled in its place.
