Ms. Kennedy worked in Telecommunications and Energy law from 2007 until 2009 before joining Ms. Lawhon’s Family Law mediation practice in early 2010.
Ms. Kennedy was admitted to the California bar in December 2010. She received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2010. She received her Bachelor's degrees in Linguistics and English Literature from San Francisco State University in 2007, graduating magna cum laude.
